  • How can I change something in my order?

    • o If you need to change something in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can be made until the item is shipped. Later, the changes will not be possible. Up to this point you can make the following changes:
    • Change the order

    • Cancel the order

    • Add a product to your order

  • How can I pay for the order?

    We accept payment on receipt, personal pick-up after prepayment, traditional transfer, online payment via PAYPAL and SOFORT, and cash on delivery postage (only for Poland). For more information, see the section PAYMENT.

  • How can I track my order?

    In order to receive a shipping note number and a courier company name, please contact us. The tracking number will be available on the day of shipment.

  • Can I return the ordered goods?

    Yes, up to 30 days. For more information on returns, please refer to the section RETURNS.

  • How long will the delivery take?

    It depends on the country from which you are ordering and from which warehouse you purchased the item, as well as what method of payment you chose. Most orders are delivered within 7 business days. The maximum delivery time is 22 days. For more information, see section DELIVERY.

  • Do I have to register to place an order?

    No account is required. You can make purchases without registration. However, creating an account gives you additional benefits and opportunities for shopping in our store.
