Delivery methods

• Personal pickup

  It is possible to collect items personally after the prepayment; personal receipt and cash payment on delivery are available as well. We have two warehouses in Dzierżoniów (Poland) and Hamburg (Germany). Depending on which warehouse you choose for your personal collection and the current location of the chosen carpet, your personal receipt time can range from 2 to 22 days.

• Courier shipment after bank transfer prepayment

  If you choose to pay by traditional bank transfer or online payment by PAYPAL and SOFORT, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Courier delivery from the warehouse in Poland is made via courier company FEDEX, DPD, UPS and DHL; Courier shipping from the German warehouse is made via GLS, DPD and UPS courier companies, depending on weight and package size. Delivery time for shipping from Poland is 1-2 business days, and for shipping from Germany 2-5 working days (delivery times to Poland).

• Cash on delivery courier shipment

  This option is currently only available to customers in Poland. Shipping takes place only from the warehouse in Poland. Therefore, the delivery time varies from 1-3 working days for products in stock in Poland and up to 22 working days for products in stock in Germany. Usually, however, this is a shorter term, as we are in our German warehouse at least once in 3 weeks. Please contact us to get details about the date of your „cash on delivery” shipment.

• International delivery

  We offer free shipping of goods ordered from the store in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Returns in this case are made at the expense of the buyer. The processing time of your order is 1-3 working days and the delivery time usually does not exceed 7 days. However, we reserve the right to extend the above deadline about which the customer will be informed.
