Warranty

Each item sold on www.carpetverse.com is subject to 12 months of warranty coverage from the date of delivery of the package.

Warranty Policy:

  1. The duration of the warranty is described on the subject's page as long as the subject matter is guaranteed.
  2. The warranty will be considered only if the item is intact.
  3. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from the misuse and improper use of the item, including bad protection of woollen carpets against moths or pulling out single threads from the carpet (some of the carpets may be soiled this way, to remove the protruding thread from the carpet always trim it- do not tear it).
  4. The basis of the guarantee is the receipt from the cash register.
  5. The warranty and guarantee for physical defects of the goods do not cover the effect of carpet dusting. It is a natural process and inevitable on the carpets that we offer.
  6. The warranty does not cover the loss of individual hairs from carpets made by hand - with this method of manufacturing, an excess of up to 5% of hairs can fall out. Loose threads should be trimmed, never pulled out - it could damage the carpet.
  7. The warranty does not cover natural cowhide leather. The feature of the product made of natural leather with the hair outside is the wiping of the hair cover, which is not a defect.
  8. The warranty does not cover the fading of carpets or changes in the colour of the undergarments caused by excessive sunlight. For the purpose of securing a carpet from such a phenomenon is to move the carpet and to rotate it.
  9. If damage is caused by improper use of the product, the Customer will cover the cost of any repair and any shipping costs.
  10. In case of warranty claims, the customer will cover all transportation costs
  11. The warranty does not cover damage caused by transport. This should be reported to the courier when delivering the package.

Deadlines and rules for filing complaints

  1. Any complaint will only be accepted if submitted by email at contact@carpetverse.com or by letter to P.H.U. Dywanik, Filip Pilarczyk, os. Kolorowe 1b/1, 58-200 Dzierżoniów Complaints will be processed if they are in Polish, English and German.
  2. To submit a complaint, please send a description of the defect and photos of the defect described.
  3. Defects should be reported in accordance with the deadlines in force in the civil code.
  4. The time to review the complaint by our expert is 30 days.
